The hotel is very close to subway and JR station. Staff were always polite and helpful, providing the assistance I needed. The amenities included skin care and hair care, a nice touch! Having a vending machine nearby was a lifesaver after long days out!

The room felt quite cramped for my stay.

The staff was very nice and cute .

The room I stayed in felt quite cramped. The air conditioning unit was ineffective, leaving the room stuffy, and it had a disturbing amount of mold inside it. While the room itself seemed clean at first glance, the flooring left much to be desired and felt unpleasant underfoot.

The double room I got was complete with 2 twin bed, vending machines, as for instance. It was nice to have an electric kettle and fridges available. The staff were excellent and accommodating hole time of my stay.

The check-in was so confusing, barely any staff around to help, and my room was just as cramped as it was unsanitary, with dust and mold everywhere. I woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary upgrade for these issues, but all I got was mediocrity. I just couldn't believe it.

I had very good stay, the place is beautifully kept and good standard!

the room i was given was reasonably large with a comfy bed and vending machines, as for instance. the location was good - ease of access to a tei garden. eateries and cafes were located walking distance to the hotel.

It was just a fine choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Tokyo with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were really friendly and provided an extra blanket when I felt cold at night. Check the vending machine for late-night snacks. It really comes in handy after a long day out.

Great spot, but small rooms

Had a super fun week here with my partner! The staff were really nice and helped us out when we needed an extra pillow. The location's perfect for exploring Ueno Park and Akihabara, and having a vending machine nearby was a lifesaver. Just wish the room had a bit more space to move around in.
